Choices Program (Workforce Solutions)
The Choices program is the Employment Program for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients. Services provided through Workforce Solutions help TANF-eligible people find jobs and become more independent. The program also provides support services like help paying for work clothes or tools, transportation assistance, and childcare. The program aims to help people care for themselves and their families through employment. We will cover the communication between HHSC & WSTC, the Choices Program Rules, Sanctions, Good Cause, and Post-TANF benefits.

Boot Camp LIVE!
This training is primarily for those new to homeless services. It gives an overview of the Continuum of Care, how systems work, best practices in case management, frameworks we practice, and other helpful information. This is an in-person training with a walking tour of the shelters in Lancaster.
