This monthly training covers how to document homelessness and disability for CoC participants. We discuss chronicity, HUD definition of homelessness, third-party letters, verification of disability, Rapid Rehousing, Permanent Supportive Housing, and self-affidavits.

This training will cover our CoC’s housing assessment tool, the VI-SPDATv2. The training will discuss how to complete the assessment, when to complete the assessment and the pros and cons of the tool. Additionally, we will discuss dynamic prioritization and housing first philosophies as they relate to the assessment tool.
