The threshold for hazardous weather is met when the temperature in Arlington is expected to be below 39 degrees for more than 4 hours overnight.<\/p>\n<p>When cold weather shelter is activated, report to Arlington Life Shelter at 325 West Division Street. Main number is 817-548-9885. Once at capacity, they will refer guests to Salvation Army at 712 W.
