This is a simple form with agency contact information for the requesting agency and a description of technical assistance needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Receive a confirmation email that the request was submitted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">TCHC staff will review the application request.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Receive an email specifying whether your request is approved or not approved. If the request is not approved TCHC will provide an explanation. <em>Important to note:<\/em> Approving and not approving is a timing and capacity issue.
